DELEGATION SERVICES PORTAL

COP30 will be held in November 2025 at City Park, in Belém do Pará, Brazil.
Recognized as a trusted partner in managing large-scale and complex events across
Latin America, DMDL is proud to serve as the Official Event Management Company and
exclusive provider of Delegation Services for this milestone edition.

We are responsible for the Delegation Pavilions and Offices, delivering all related services
with full operational support. Through this portal, you will find all essential information,
and our team is ready to support you every step of the way. We look forward to helping
make your COP30 experience in Belém truly exceptional.

Pavilion and office spaces

To review the Pavilion and Office packages, please access the “Spaces” tab in the main menu. You may select the tier that best aligns with your delegation’s objectives and request the services required to ensure a streamlined, efficient, and high-impact presence in Belém. Our team is ready to support your successful participation at COP30.
